Roast pork, sharp provolone and broccoli rabe on a fresh roll. For breakfast it would have to be scrapple, egg and cheese on a kaiser.

But my real favorite sandwich or sub is 3/4 hamburger cooked medium, with lettuce, pickles, BBQ Sauce and Mustard. But I usually just get large roast beef with mayo lettuce, salt n pepper and extra pickles.

Turkey BLT, maybe some avocado slices on there too..

In Northern New Jersey, we have our very own sandwich called a SLOPPY JOE. This is not the ground beef and tomato sauce that the rest of the country eats, but originated here, and is 3 slices of rye bread, and either turkey, ham or roast beef (you can combine them), dripping with cole slaw, Russian dressing and Swiss cheese. When it's made w/ REAL turkey (not the crap called "lunch meat") then it is a true delicacy.

I like to make a kind of Caprese salad sandwich. It's made with basil leaves, spinach, tomatoes, bocconcini slices, a schmear of arugula pesto, a little drizzle of balsamic vinegar and some freshly cracked salt and pepper. Mmmm... sandwich.
