help me with h264 streaming
 

ok here is the situation and I am pulling my hair out for the last couple of days.

I want to start playing mp4 videos on my wordpress blogs, I was doing flvs.

Problem is the h264 video will hang when you click play and never open, however if you reload the page it works fine.

This is what has been done
1. Jwplayer is the player I am using
2. I have set the meta on the h264 to allow it to play right away in streaming
3. Host say server is set up correctly for streaming

1. I have installed flowplayer as a test and still have same issue
2. If I link to a mp4 file outside of my server it works just fine
3. It is only when I link to a file on my server the hang begins, as stated before this hanging will go away if you reload the page (but what surfer is going to do that)

I am going insane as the player people say it is my hosts (2 in question here) and my hosts say its the player....

anyone have issues like this, any streaming experts in the room

Just get a video that doesnt work on your host, upload to another server, if it works...you know what the problem is :-)

yeah that has already been established, but host still cant figure out the problem on my end...

Does your player actually support it?
