That requires FB or Twitter logins for ppl to post stuff?

I want to create a community message board on a site I own and don't want to deal with the fucking spammers.

I think http://disqus.com has such plugin. Never tried it myself, but maybe someone else here have?

If you have the capacity to handle it http://fluxbb.org/ is the best.
