Don't get it? You need a license to practise law in a certain place. He doesn't have that license, so quite rightly, the judge is throwing it out.

And the IP address is merely a pointer to a crime, each one has to be investigated. Then sue the fucker for proper money and not peanuts.

The cases can always be refiled or another attorney can take over the case. Easy enough.
