Hiring on Manila Craigslist at $1/hour....

I am the owner of xxxxxxxxxxxxx.com and I am looking for video uploaders for my website.
It is a gay adult website, so you must be comfortable with the content. I had a uploader but recently she went off elsewhere.
Before I hire you I would ask you for a test trial.
Roles:
1.Download Adult videos from other tube sites, watermark it with my URL, then reupload it again. (3min-10min videos)
2. An example would be here http://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com

You must be capable of watermarking and must have reliable internet.
(1 hour I can upload 10 videos)

Salary:
Starting wage: 5$USD / or 200 peso for every 50 videos uploaded. (Not negotiable, don't apply if you don't like)
Wage will increase after 2 weeks, depending on how you work.

I will pay Via Paypal.com, so you MUST have paypal.

I am only looking for 2 uploaders with fast internet.

Content production is basically through until stuff like this stops.

Philippines, India, Russia, Latin America... this is going on all over. This is how 1000s and 1000s of videos are going onto the tubes. When they say "we don't do in-house uploading" it's true to an extent, it's outsourced. And by doing it this way, they never get caught.

We have a Filipino who's been with us for two years. He's told me all sorts of shit his friends are doing for some big name companies (and things he used to be paid to do as well). From stealing content from pay sites, to scraping forums, to loading tube site, to flagging youtube videos and facebook accounts to shut them (competitors) down, and anything else you can think of.
