Cut it into sections and sell it on eBay.

Jesus, what a waste. That captain should be impaled.

patch it, float it, haul it, gut it, paint it, rate it, bam.... update it

They'll just collect the insurance and build a new one.

it's too long under water now, dont think its worth it

i'm sure there are structural damages by now, i would not be surprised if it breaks apart at some point

JFK 02-21-2012 11:24 AM

if they repair and refloat, how many people you think would be comfortable in going on board ?:winkwink:

Blake Rusko 02-21-2012 11:52 AM

They prolly had Progressive. That's why It's taking so long for Flo to get her ass out there and see if its totaled.

RebelR 02-21-2012 12:13 PM

Will probably be featured on that show "Code Red" and I think MaDalton is right.. as soon as the water hits the engine rooms, its pretty much not worth refloating. So it will be ripped apart and sold to China as scrap.

epitome 02-21-2012 12:31 PM

They said days after the accident that they're going to repair and renovate it. It's cheaper and easier to replace 50% of a ship, including it's engines, than start over. Think of the cost of steel...
