So what's the point - that's for you to figure out .. It's just an offer. I have too much on my hands and quite honestly don't have the funds to launch it.

Someone offers me a reasonable price, we can do business. People that were offering low $XXXX now pulled back because the auction didn't go well. None of them trusted the auction platform or changed their mind ? Not really sure ... But a reasonable $XXXX offer sells it ... I seriously thought about developing until I saw the cost of themes ... Don't have that kind of overhead.
