This should be interesting. I am pretty surprised how fast strangers are repinning my pics. I wonder how many are going all the way in.

I have had the account sit about since December, did a few test posts then.
Gained a few followers while it was resting before posting again yesterday.

From what I've seen there is minimal traffic that comes out of pinterest to my sites, even from pins to my sites made by real pinterest users.

Pinterest rewrites affiliate codes with their own...

It is their current business model.

I run a blog for a friend and in the past 30 days traffic has doubled and pretty much most of the "new" traffic is coming from Pinterest.

Bounce rate is HORRIBLE.

Well, that is why I did not link FB to it yet, used Twitter as I have only 100 or so followers. Is the blog adult or mainstream? I am using it on a few blogs. Most mainstream and one semi-adult. Just want to see what happens before I link it to FB too.

i know its cool but i find it funny how my wife and her friends and family have been talking about this site for so long and use it daily, then all of a sudden everyone on gfy wants in. hehehe not knocking it at all just noticing the trend in its popularity.

I was never invited but still signed up for an account. Maybe because I already use Google+ ?

And I do find it interesting It's like Reddit with the pictures posted instead of the title of the reddit.

I find it is really great for women's interests. I posted about fashion and recipies and I am getting re-pinned like crazy from people I don't know. Really great way to promote my blogs and mainstream stuff. We are trying one now for Porn... will see how it goes.
