So what can we do about http://www.passlot.com/
Ive had to pause my bluray video site nakedandinnocent.com because of a compromised user/pass sucking up every inch of my bandwidth. Im getting strongbox installed for that site, just like Ive always used for David-Nudes.com with success, so that will solve the password sharing problem. But this illegal site http://www.passlot.com/ needs to be attacked by those with the resources to do so! |
with all the respect, are you serious?

I like to 'Pass a Lot' each morning in the toilet...

Bookmarked. :2 cents:

One place to start is not giving them a backlink on GFY. :winkwink:

I contacted the site admin for this sharing site, and they actually replied nicely and removed my compromised passes. So, hopefully they will take their traffic skills and sign up as an affiliate instead. I know, I know...it all sounds naive on my part, but I refuse to turn aggressive or assume the worst in everyone. This biz has always been about fun and giving enjoyment to others, so if they were not bringing my physical servers down, I would not have complained. Cant have my hosting company wanting to kick me because I use every inch of the available bandwidth constantly for five days in a row.

holy shit, thanks..bookmarked!

Thanks, will mirror this.

That is just a way to get traffic.
The passes rarely work. |
Then hey, if they will sign up as an affiliate and get their sales legit for my work, then its all good.
|
Thanks I was looking for a good new pass site!
My previous favorite ******** has been slacking lately. |

Which is a fake login, a few pics only and calls to action. |
It's not too hard to check if someone's account is being used by 100 different IP's across the globe.

Make it an affiliate strategy, thats all good. Sounds like a great idea. I just pay for 2 fully open gigabit connections and they have been maxed out 100% for 6 days in a row with thousands of duplicate members logged in, which was bringing the network down. My mistake was not protecting the user management security of the new site, which I originally thought would just be a small addition to my David-Nudes.com flagship site. After this new one exploded, I didnt hop on the security fast enough. In the future, no matter what the size or expectations of a new site in the beginning, Ill make sure to buy security for each one from the beginning. lesson learned...:2 cents: |
Not sure why they don't just do what I do and tell them they have a new porn website review site and need a free membership to review! :)
|
I never go to those kind of sites. I always assumed since they steal they will have no issues infecting my computer with malware or worst.
