What is china deveops its own microsoft business
How interesting things may become if microsoft developed its own microsoft business as I would think all pc's sold then in china would not come with whatever microsofts latest system is but the china version.
With the amount of people in china it would be a huge game changer. It would be interesting to see if microsoft could become the small fry. Then again does the pc market matter with mobile phones and tablets taking over. The pc may become itself just the tool of few. |

... seriously? Besides the socioeconomic reasons this won't happen ... from 2011:
"Steve Ballmer was in a meeting with the president of China, and has made the news for claiming that 90% of Microsoft software in China is being used by people who didn’t pay Microsoft for a license." So .. it'd affect them how, again? |
There are few paper shredders in the world that can rip an A4 piece of paper into 2,000 pieces, and come with functions like SilentShred, SafeSense, and ?100% Jam Proof??and most that do have the name ?Fellowes? printed on top. But consumers may soon be able to buy, say, the deluxe Powershred C-480Cx, without the Fellowes brand, because the company?s entire business in China has been stolen by its joint venture partner.

There are options around right now to MicroSoft and before long a Chinese company will develop their own OS if they haven't done it already, The real question is will it over take Micro$oft anytime SOON.
Recent history says no, but a new Chinese OS could come on the scene and make someone in China a new billionaire without having to over take Micro$oft. Corporations use Windows tools like Exchange, Sharepoint, Micro$soft Office Communicator, Office and they work very well together and other OS's that are around now don't inter operate as well in a business setting which is a drawback to their becoming the main OS or even an equal rival. |
We would get a warez version of windows CN.
