The transaction should be showing in my transaction list, and he should not have ignored my emails. The refund from the 23rd has not been completed yet it still shows up in my list. Also i told him NOT to do a paypal refund but to send me back $15 paypal because I dont keep money in my paypal, and I fund it with my bank account. Bottom line is he sold me a domain he didnt have/own and now its an issue getting my money back.

Now hes emailing me. I have a problem with people who sell shit but are lazy or careless with it. When i sell stuff i hustle to make sure shit is correct for my customer. We could have handled it in email if he had responded to my last email. I dont mind doing shit in front of gfy cus it wont lose me any friends, sleep, or biz. People who have dealt with me know how i am, i like smooth quick transactions, i wont hassle or haggle if you hold up your end i hold up mines. Dont give a fuck if its $2, $20, or $2000.

The one you ignored right after you sent me a dry ass one line " i sent a refund already ". The one i said to where? because its not showing in my list? I have had several refunds with paypal and never had not show in both mines and the other parties transaction list. That said, its not out the realm of possibility. If you would have shot back that screen shot two days ago i would just have to wait and see. Today is the 26th btw.

Bottom line is he sold me a domain he didnt have/own and now its an issue getting my money back. Good news for your 30 happy customers not for me, i dont want some other shit domain, i want the domain i asked for or my money back.

And if they do that, it'll take at least a few days to get there. Not that I've ever tried getting a refund with paypal funds withdrawn from my bank, but I know that transferring money from paypal to your account takes a few days (usually 3).

Simple solution: dont sale shit you dont own or have in your possession. I dont owe any apology, I shouldnt have to act like an ass to get a response but Im not above it. I have never had a refund NOT show up in my transaction list even while its pending, and all refunds take at least 3-5 days so you really screw over the person in the process which is why i said SEND ME LESS. And yes it will go in my account once processed.

ismokebud.com for $20 what he doesnt know is i bout 2 domains off the real owner of the list the previous day for $15 a piece. then he shows up saying he is selling them for his "friend" and bin is $20, fine i dont think there are any $20 scams on gfy so i said ill pay the extra 5 bucks.

To be honest the "friend" and him seem like the same person, but what the hey ill see about this on the 28th.

This sounds like a broker deal gone bad. The broker should have double checked the availability before receiving money, but other than that it seems pretty straightforward what happened.

He fabricated a laughable history, just like he does with every ex-employee he screws over. Read up on the history of that company for more information on his patter.

Playboy isn't going to pay -- an idiot VP got involved and cocked the payments up. Plus, they owed me a year of GFY advertising that I'll never see. I had a contract, too, but their lawyers are too strong to butt heads with. It's a losing battle. They offered me a $10k settlement, then reduced it to $5k, then again to $2,500. I told them to stick the $2,500 up their ass. Incidentally, I would have taken the 1/6 payment of $10,000 had I known what financial troubles they were having, but they tried to play it off and act tough like they weren't having money problems at the time.

None of the amounts are large enough to sue over, but I mention them whenever someone asks who's screwed me personally.

I previously prepaid 10k to gts and 2 years later when I finally realized I wasn't going to use it I asked for a refund which I got.

For playboy it sounds a little odd, like there is something missing to the story, ie if they offered you a settlement it sounds like there was something that was missing (problems with the product / service? )

The short story on Playboy is that they sent an e-mail to renew a contract, then didn't pay for 3 months, then said they weren't renewing .. even though service was provided in the interim. It was a money issue, no matter how they would sugar-coat it later. Water under the bridge.
