anyone used Cloak ( https://www.getcloak.com/ ) or any other VPN services?

Are there any big companies (maybe anti virus companies) that are reputable that offer vpn services? I've only seen AV companies offer it to big businesses, not just for one account for a month

(i'm not tunneling through my own server btw. prefer to just use a company that specialises in this)
