Anyone else having issues with Nifty Stats

Is anyone else having issues with Nifty Stats? Since the update released 2 days ago the program consistently crashes while trying to update stats.

I have emailed there support, and they have responded but no solution to the problem as of yet. So I wanted to check if anyone else was having issues and how the resolved them.

I don't even load it. For some reason it makes my computer really sluggish. Never had that problem with StatsRemote.

Does it still take 4 days to open CCbill stats with them?

Same thing happening here, except it's been for over a week, and it's not the first time.

My solution? emailed staff. If nothing comes up, I will have to find another program.

I did eventually hear back from their support, but a few days after I was able to handle the issue myself. I removed all traces of the program from my system and started over with a clean install.

On a side note, The answer I received from support was lame. I was advised to turn off automatic updates and wait a few days after a update was released before running it. This way any bugs or issues will have been found and fixed before I have to deal with them. :Oh crap I guess testing a release before going public is too much of a hassle.

Nifty support is very prompt at answering. I am speaking with him right now. They told me to do an automatic update(my version is up to date) but the program is so sluggish that I can't even click on the menu, otherwise it freezes.

What's convenient is that our license expires in 4 days. So they have 4 days to fix whatevers causing all this, before I'm going on Statsremote.

No problems here and they usually respond pretty fast to support mails :thumbsup
