Ive been trying to call your customer support line and I get no response, and I need some help ASAP

Our Customer Support department is available Sunday-Friday, from 9AM-6PM EST (they aren't available on Saturday).

Our customer support department does their best to get back to all e-mails as soon as possible, however the official response time is within 2 business days.

We also have telephone and live chat support (free of charge) for immediate assistance.
