You are one of the top when it comes to payment solutions, now when do you actually create a PDF Statement of Account? .csv format is like just a garbage for me. Can you guys do like Payoneer, Epassporte, Paypal and others who provide a formality of our statement of accounts? You guys earned more than thousands a dollar a day and can't create a formal statement of account? I need it for my taxes as well. Since our Internal Revenue is asking me of statement of account while I submit and print the statement of account in .csv format they don't believe me. They said "It looks like a trash and created by you only." So please do something about it.

Please let me know your account email with us, the date range you seek to export (and any other relevant filters), and exactly how you wish the information to display on the PDF. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

What I'm missing is the display of pending transactions on the card - everybody does it nowadays.

We don't currently display pending transactions as itemized information within your account.

However, if you do have pending charges on your Paxum Mastercard and you wish more information, please feel free to open a ticket in the Message Center and contact support regarding the details of your pending charges. :thumbsup

You can now export in either CSV or PDF.

We also added some other new features, including an affiliate program.. you should check it out the next time you login to your account. You can find all info in the 'Announcements' section. :thumbsup
