So who has his business in a LTD in England ?

Got adviced by someone who told me to setup a LTD in England which seem to be cheap and without any difficult paperwork and if there is any offcourse you can have an accountant do this for you.. It costs way to much over here to even start with an LTD, asking for a big loaded bank account to get approved and such.

It seems you can setup one without even living in the UK, which suits my situation since i'm located elsewere in the EU.

So who does have such a construction and are you happy with it ?
What (dis)advantages does it bring?
