Just wondering what you pay the girls or trannies, and how often (or if) you do HIV testing. Not doing the HIV testing sounds insane, but it's a foreign country so hey what do I know.

The guys who shoot there all pay different rates. Some are cheap, some overpay. A lot of guys don't HIV test the girls/trannies and take the risk. Others test.

Like anywhere else, everyone does things differently. There is no "standard" other than it being illegal and expensive to pay your way out of it when you get caught.
