I have a standard CCBill program, so I couldn't shave if I wanted to-- and I allow people to send traffic straight to the join page, or anywhere else on my sites.

Well the site I was promoting was well promoted, so a different looking tour was working for me, also I have no problems being listed with out being blasted by popups.

I don't send a ton of clicks but it is target pretty well and a good amount signups.
