Electronic Cigarettes
 

I was at a friends house last night and he was going on and on about how I should try electronic cigarettes, I decided I'd give it a try, who knows they should at least be good for in the airports, or when I'm driving the new car, maybe I might even cut down a little while editing etc. I pretty much thought they were a joke... but since I bought them yesterday I only smoked 3 real ones.

I didn't even want to quit smoking. maybe just cut down a little. It's funny, I was playing a video game using this, and just drop it on the floor while I wasn't using it, pick it up when you feel like it.... my battery died, so while it was recharging I smoked a newport. had to go look for a lighter, grab an ashtray, flick the ashes etc. seemed like nothing before, but only after a few hours of using the electro cigg those small things seemed like a bother.....lol

i smoke mine with just the flavouring and have not felt the need to smoke

They look cool? I asked my friend last night if I could smoke, his reply was why not? I'm smoking and took a hit off his electro cigg and I don't remember laughing so hard! But after he talked me into trying it, I really can see alot of benifits.

Also cheap electronic cigs smell like shit.

People who use these don't really want to quit smoking at all. E-cigs just make them feel like they are trying...

Your right I didn't want to quit, My friend just talked me into getting some. But have only smoked 4 ciggs since yesterday, usually smoke 2 packs per day, especially when editing.

While in vegas, my flight got delayed for a day b/c of weather in Chicago. I spent the night at the luxor (never again)....but the bartender there told me to try American Spirits instead of marlboro's....

A week later, I was smoking 3/4 of what I was, and now I'm at like 1/2. Probably even less in a few months. Only tobacco, none of that added chemical shit in commercial cigs. When I can't smoke for 5-6 hours, I don't feel cravings anymore. Not bad.

If you don't want to try e-cigs, then I recommend switching to the light blue american spirits. It's like the cigarette form of Chantix.

You do know some vegetables have nicotine in them, don't you? Nicotine is no more dangerous than caffeine.

I tried them but I choked worse than if I was smoking a huge spliff.

It was cheap so maybe I will try with a better one.
