I use nats to handle the tours, join options and tracking, interface with the processor for payment, and with Mechbunny to create users upon join and disable upon cancellation, non payment etc. Works great, but it is an added monthly bill. Still, I cannot imagine trying to get along without it.

Konrad might be able to set you up with a postback script for a minimal fee. Especially if he can include it in future versions of Mechbunny.
