Between working/gym training the only time i relax is about 4-6 hours on the weekend at the absolute most. A body in motion stays in motion!

Without a doubt.
From getting up at 8.30 to 9.00 Watching the news and drinking coffee for an hour. Logging on to take the piss out of people, check the sites and emails. Take the dog for a walk. Mid morning snack. Do some jigsaw or reading. Have a nap. Lunch Maybe cook, jigsaw, reading, trolling. Have a nap. Check daughters homework. Listen to Eva when she gets home telling me about her day. Cook dinner. Spend the evening with Eva sleeping in lap. Before I know it it's 10.30 and time for bed. Now I have to fit in a few hours a week driving traffic. :Oh crap I'm thinking of taking on an assistant to help me with the jigsaws. :1orglaugh |
everyday I wake up and say "fuck, wish I would of gotten up earlier!" then end the day with "damnit! wish I would of gotten more stuff done, I'll go to bed early and get an early start" then it repeats.
I think I have a problem :upsidedow right now I have a TON on my plate, juggling to much, dealing with nonsense from wife, having to run back and forth to take care of my dogs... on top of that trying to run a company with 3 other people all on different work schedules |
It helps to have a small crew, and each member is bad-ass on certain tasks of the business, each does their task for 8 hours straight per day. You got a whole 16 hours to fuck off after that and shit got done. I feel bad for you one man army workaholic guys... especially if you have family and friends.

in the office for about 9-10 hours a day, go home relax and eat for about 40 mins or so then about 4 hours of research and project planning until my eyes can't take anymore then off to sleep ;)
The way I see it, the more effort I put into things the more I will get out of them in the long run. I slow down a little on weekends, take some time for some cooking, spend some time with the gf and friends but I have goals I want to attain and none of them can be accomplished from coasting so I try to avoid it. |
