Any DH riders here?

And do you wear neck braces? Since the season just started I was considering getting one of these.

Investing in body armor and protection is never overkill. I have a KTM one it costs an arm and a leg but its definitely better than a wheelchair...if you want to ride DH seriously then falls are just part of the game

Yea last year I broke a rib haha

I have a lot of body armour, the one piece I'm missing is a neck brace tbh. Seeing how I start pushing the limits more and more, I figure it might be a good idea to get one.

depends on the speed of the track you are riding and the conditions but I pretty much always weak my neck brace when doing DH...wearing a back pack on top of your body armor is also a good move...just stuff it with some light clothes just for the padding effect you will barely notice you have it on but it means a lot when falling :1orglaugh

man you don't know how hard the ground can be until you fall a few times LOL
