CCBill webadmin - soooooo slow
 
CCBill you really need to address the speed of webadmin, it has taken 20 minutes to check on login on the lookup feature!. This is ridiculous. Please invest some of the fortunes you take from us in new servers!!! You even own a hosting company - make better use of them!!

Yeah, sadly - on the server side CCBILL aint as top notch as they are in many other areas.. I really do believe that these insanely unstabile load times costs us a lot of sales.. I can't count on 1000 hands how many times I've experiences the sign up forms being 30-40 seconds loading = no sale.

I can hardly use their new admin at all. My net is slow to begin with and whatever they did to an already slow admin, they just made it 10x worse for me. It's literally unusable 1/2 of the time I try to login.

It would be nice if they listened to their clients and webmasters for a change and upgrade to at least 2005.

We love you CCbill but you are in desperate need of a serious upgrade. Or at the very least, make your admin load faster.

this month is very shitty with ccbill, who knows in how many situations join pages don't work and surfers change mind and close them.

Definitely noticed this myself multiple times in the past few days. 100% correct 30 - 40 seconds for join form to load!

been a great week for sales actually the best all year so no complaints about over all sales, but we certainly can confirm what you are seeing with respect to the join form

Something changed within the last couple of weeks, sometimes it doesn't load at all for me, at best it takes a few Minutes. It used to take around 10 Seconds

they (through whatever company setup) own Cavecreek, recently bought Secure Servers and own PhoenixNAP as well which is a datacenter.

CCBill obviously doesn't give a shit. How many years have people complained about their system and in the end, they've done shit about it. In some cases, it's actually fucking WORSE.

Check out Sliiing. It's pretty cool. But at the same time fucked up that a third party has to do what CCBill can't with the 14% they take from each sale.

in the majority of cases, they would not care , most people who use it also earn the money so therefore stick up with it as they have to . However I've dealt with people who are not actually the principles of the company, nor benefit from sales directly. So painfully slow is the interface that these people who earn less than 30K a year are able to voice their opinion daily non-stop such that the business owners listen to them and switch a 500k stream away from ccBill. I can guarantee that they have lost $70k in transaction fees in the last year alone because they are listening to their front end engineers and not sales or biz dev staff. Epoch are well overdue for an upgrade, see if they value their customers .

We all complain about this issue, we all see this issue, i'm glad i'm not the only one who gets on to them about this regularly - why on earth are they not listening... how many reports of slow/non loading forms do they need to receive before admitting there could be a problem. I even asked the other day 'does any other webmaster complain about form problems?', they replied NO!!

I was on live chat yesterday asking how to check my stats. Everything I did was giving me an invalid error response. After what had to be 30 min. of sitting in the live chat, I decided it was time to do something else because that was just ridiculous. I told the guy to e-mail me when he had it figured out. I have yet to receive an e-mail.

Can anyone else check their stats right now?

yeah they always offer up their email or icq in complaints threads. Ive made about 5 threads of such in the past 9 years. However... each time I contacted, NOBODY responded to me so I called them out on it the last time I made such thread... nothing happened. At all. I had to use live support and the answer to a simple question (how do I see a list of all activity) turned into a laundry list of things I had to do. I just said I got it working, closed it and never checked my own personal stats again.

Now after coming aboard the VDBucks train I had to figure this out so I could do my job better. After taking the whole hour to finally figure it out myself it was painlessly fucking easy once I realized they use words for menus that make NO sense at all and I just had to do 2-3 clicks. I was able to check stats for campaigns I have been doing for our own traffic generation easily since.

The old interface worked just as shitty but at least I was able to check stats in under 5 minutes without having to click every single frigging button on the site until I got what I wanted. I am personally disgusted with their interface and their lack of support.. but I have to say, what choices do we have when most programs float on ccbill's billing? I am some happy we have our own stats interface and don't have to deal with ccbill's admin but if we did, what choice is there.. gotta suck it up buttercup cause their system ain't goina change in our lifetime.

I hope they're not using the same servers from 1999... They haven't even updated their join pages to a web 2.0 appearance like Zombaio has, nor can you customize them as much as you can with Zombaio, not that Zombaio is the end all but it shows that ccbill is extremely behind the times.

Same for me here....can't even load the stats screen on IE9 or FF11 - just says 'Request sent to server' or some shit.....if it's this bad for only checking stats.....thing that make you go hmmmmmmm.......:warning :warning Danger Will Robinson!!

Last week they have charged us almost $250, I am sure such amounts from every user would pay for a decent server. I am absolutely with you on this. For last few weeks my statistics on CCbill don't even load, I mean they don't - not in 20min., not in 1 hour, not in 1 week:).

That's why SLIIING is like a MUST solution for us, as the statistics load in NO TIME! You click, and it is just there! Instant!

CCBill is a mess those days
there's no sales, it takes an hour to get my stats loaded
so i wait for an hour and see 1-2 sales and rebills only

it's going on for the last 30 days and looks like they aren't going to change anything
