There's no way of knowing how Google actually evaluates things. we can only make educated guesses. Regarding OP: don't worry about tiny things like that.

Well when you're gonna create 100's of subdomains like that it isn't really small anymore if it would make a difference.

Problem is we can't know how Google operates (and how they will be operating 2 months or 5 years from now).

You could always hedge your bet and use kw-kw2.site1.com and kwkw2.site2.com.

make sure your main domain is aged, like 5+ years.
