how do you get one way links?
 

I have a tube site and I need links but I can't trade because it will screw the design of you the site. how do get one way links?
I only know of 2 ways. build more sites & buy text links?

drawbacks are: I have been told google penalizes sites they buy text links
building additional really takes a long time and will be all lower page rank.

is there any other ways?
