Bulk e-mailing not spam. How to do it.

Who knows how exactly to build lists and send e-mail but not spam. At lest semi mannualy. How to make sure you dont get black listed. where can i read about legal ways to send bulk e-mails.

I B2B business approching by e-mail is important way to market and sell. that is why i ask how to make e-mail marketing effective.

* You need to familiarize yourself with CAN-SPAM and compliance first.
* If you are sending adult, you need to pay close attention to the headers you must use.
* Additionally, you're best to filter out Utah/Michigan from your (adult) list.
* When possible, and assuming your list is clean, get WL'd IPs for the majors.
* You must find a web host who is willing to host you as a "online marketer/mailer".
