It took 5 min just to log into CCBill this morning!
 

Since I use Sliiing to access my CCBill stats, I never use my CCBill admin panel anymore.

Had to do it though this morning... damn!! 5 min only to log in! :helpme
I understand why webmasters are getting frustrated!

I´ve been having trouble all week myself, very frustating, my session times out before my stats come up :(

do not worry... it is not us... it is you. you have a computer that does not work well with our system. we will send an email from tier 2 once you fix your shit!

Yes I was quite proud. I think it is the first time in 10 years here that I do a spam. Allthough it is true that I waited at least 5 min this morning before my login coded were accepted by CCBill's server !

They should obviously try to fix it. I can only imagine though how much data those databases hold. Think about it. There is over ten years of data for every single ccbill program and affiliate including referring urls, rebills, customer data, etc. It's got to be huge by now. I can see how it might start slowing down.
