Anyone have a good place to find a full time person for blog writing, blog creation, etc? I don't mind an Indian worker if he or she is competent, mostly looking for a site where people post up their skills and salary requirements.

try and find people who do good work off fiverr and negotiate with them off the site to work more for you.

I use oDesk. I've found many great blog writers there from $3 - $5 per hour. You're completely covered as an employer with a dispute resolution system, monitoring of your employees through their work diary/screenshots of their computer as they work. I usually get between 10 - 20 solid candidates for each job posted and at any one time have around 30 - 40 people working.

Just what the world needs...another shitty product from a cheap person.

I don't think textbroker does adult content though...if that's what you're looking for. When I was working for them it was a rarity to even see something come through that was even close to adult. I think I wrote descriptions of crops for an adult store and explaining what a foot fetish was... lol but nothing dirty.
People there will snatch your work up in a heartbeat - especially with how they changed how work gets distributed now. ...But level 2 & 3 writers would LOVE whatever you give them and turnaround time is typically pretty fast.

I've got nothing but time on my hands these days. I would prefer to write for money than for pleasure or whatever you call not writing for money.
