Creating Facebook App ID - I seem to be retarded

No matter which link I follow, from tutorials or following the exact route through the facebook developers page, I always end up on the overview page of all my facebook pages.

Trying to get a facebook app id to use for facebook comments on wordpress.

I manage multiple facebook pages with one login. Is that the problem or has facebook changed something?

Also this is for a new facebook page, do I need a minimum number of likes to get an app id?

separate them. do something divvy with 1 and you can lose the lot.
