I was at a self-storage facility the other week and when I asked for their unlimited storage plan they just laughed at me. I guess everything is different in the cyber world.

They are on the Pacific coast, its only 7:30 AM there. Sales will probably be available within an hour or two. Tech support is completely different from sales, by the way. Test out their tech support by sending an e-mail to [email protected]

And how about 100% uptime?

100% uptime is NOT something you can offer
it is something you can try to achieve by doing things right (redundancy, following procedures, testing, and what not)

NationalNet is a little expensive, but I can't remember any downtime or problems in 5 plus years...

Sorry didn't read your question very well. Pretty much the features you are looking for are available, but at the expense of reliability. If you get a host with unlimited bandwidth and storage, you'll be on cheap hard drives, and low quality cogent bandwidth which means you'll have lots of downtime and problems...
