Hey guys, someone hit the SpookyCash contact form up today to let us know that our content is being abused by this phone sex guy who sell pedo fantasy and all manner of stuff I know we don't want to be associated with. I bet y'all don't want to be associate with this either.

I recognized content from some other programs immediately, but I'm sure there was more stolen content being abused on there than I recognized right off too.

These folks make it a bit difficult to track down ownership and the designer guy claims he has almost nothing to do with the sites . . . only his credit is on every single one, with a disclaimer, and he is hosted on the same IP. Make of that what you will.

I DMCAed their host, but they use like a reseller of a reseller of a reseller or something, so hard to tell if/when I will hear back or who will take responsibility.

I have no idea what the structure for audiotext processing is or who the companies are who do it. If anyone knows anything about this, I'd certainly be willing to contact their processor.

I don't visit sites with alleged CP, but if there are graphics pictures of k1dz, you should definitely report them to the proper authorities.

I'm not sure if I'm not understanding why that would be appropriate or if I'm not communicating what I was trying to share with GFY.

I would assume that these creeps don't have actual children on their phone lines. But it is still disgusting and it is still copyright infringement.

I am upset to have my content stolen and used to sell that sort of phone sex. I don't like my stuff stolen anyway, of course, but having women I've worked with associated with that kind of awfulness is particularly not cool. So I thought GFY folks would want to know that they are using a lot of content from other people's sites for these purposes. Especially given some of the women whose likenesses are being abused post here, GFY seemed like the spot.

As I said, if there are pictures with k1dz...contact the proper authorities. If there aren't any pictures with k1dz and only legit 18+ content, then there's not really much that can be done other than getting sponsors to file DMCA complaints with the hosting company and domain registrar.

Where is the CP? I dont see any underage pics.

Definitely hit up the softlayer.com email address, I used to be hosted on a reseller of SoftLayer and their DMCA policies are absolutely brutal. They should force a resolution of at least a take down notice rather quickly.

I started my first paysite after the 90's parade of having to regularly ask usenet and paysite people not to use work from my magazines. These days I find we are usually DMCAing torrents/filesharing stuff. It is kind of unusual today to be coming across a business, other than a membership forum, which is using snarfed content. At least, in my experience, for SpookyCash stuff.

The thing to do is to first is to reach out to Tim at http://asacp.org and find out the correct procedure to report CP online. Posting links to suspected CP on GFY isn't really helpful because no one here would click through to any of those links you posted for obvious reasons.

Next, contact any of the content producers you know of and let them know their stuff is being stolen. GFY is ok for that I guess but maybe not all producers login all the time, so emailing them instead might be faster.

theplanet and softlayer merged into one. Softlayer is the main company now.

ThePlanet has some kind of white label hosting thing. If you see something illegal you can contact ThePlanet and they will shut down the offending host.

I know of at least one piece of shit company out of Toronto trying and failing miserably. They have a shitty site up, with a "hosted by" link to a shitty white label powered by ThePlanet, pretending to be legit when they're not even close. The first "hosting" company I've seen with private whois info. Scumbags.
