1099 From Fiscal Group INC

Does anyone know who a 1099 from Fiscal Group INC would be? When i google i get profitx but i never promoted those sites and i have looked and looked with no luck. Anyone have any idea on what other sites/programs this would be?

looks like adult centro goes to a webmaster program called raw dollars. Don't know that one either :/ I hate tax time. Hate even more when people cliamed to paid you and you dont know who the hell it is lol
