Since you don't really work in the market, I would lease the traffic out as two separate packages. One for PC, one for mobile. Send all of the PC traffic to one buyer, send all of the mobile traffic to another buyer, unless of course one person buys everything.

Good name, my first piece of advice is don't get robbed.

The name alone is good, you need to develop it. Let someone take a cut of profits who knows what they are doing and get you on the right path.
