Help me find this movie.. theme : only women left on earth, and all living under ground..

I saw this movie as a kid but I've no idea what the name of it is..

Its about only women left on earth after some sort of poison outbreak or something and they all live beneath the surface of the earth and has been for ages.. untill some day some find a way up and find out that men put them there and the surface is just clean and all the men are living there..

This is not "sex-mission" from 1984 which has a simular description.

Any ideas?
