Accounts get suspended so easily that I am amazed that nobody is complaining to VISA and Mastercard about this. The acquirers will drop them quicker than a smelly shit if they get one single bitch from VISA or M. The problem is people do not organize themselves on this board and send in 100 different complaints to VISA. CCBILL should not be contacted about this at all. VISA and M direct are the places to hit.

Would be nice for someone from ccBill to explain in this thread why they are supporting Uploaded and the systematic serial theft/piracy which they facilitate...and if ccBill does not support theft/piracy, what do they intend to do about this?

how are your sales since april 1st

signupdamnit 04-05-2012 02:59 PM

This business is so fucked. So now the #1 adult processor is processing for the sites which are largely responsible for the decline in sales for most of the people using their services. Reading between the lines this probably means one of the "bros" in adult is behind uploaded.to. I wonder who it is?

I wonder if paysites and affiliates are now going to be scrubbed even harder now in order to cover chargebacks for Uploaded.to?

PornoMonster 04-05-2012 03:00 PM

I think I seen the answer before.

I believe they say it is the EU version of CCBILL so different rules?

You know move your shit off shore if you don't like the USA rules, HA.

i have notified all law enforcement agencies (interpol fbi etc) along with visa and mastercard. its time this shit ends

I always told myself if ccbill goes or becomes a scum operation I'd leave the industry because that would be a sure sign things are going to fully collapse. Looks like it might be time to focus all efforts on mainstream and forget about adult. When the people who do the processing don't even give a shit about their customers the writing is on the wall.

Not only to them but for us too as we're their clients, as well as more than half of our industry. We're not interested in them losing their merchant account because of all the shit that is getting posted at filehosts that can get reported to VISA. Hopefully this issue will be resolved well before things like that are going to happen.

Its not that they do not care. They're just trying to figure out an answer... SO many opinions there, so few accurate answers...I myself am waiting more than a month now for some answers to a couple serious processing questions and ccbill are still trying to find the trouble ticket they created. Oh me, Oh My.

Please post the info for Visa where complaints of this nature can be forwarded for action.

It would still be nice for someone from ccBill to provide some sort of explanation in this thread, and clarification about where ccBill stands with regards to processing transactions for companies like uploaded.to, that act as a clearinghouse for pirated/stolen content...

Thanks,

ADG

porno jew 04-06-2012 10:35 AM

your sites = 10 transactions a day.

their sites = 3,654.

who they going to listen to?

Don't be so sure. Already the people posting and expressing concern probably do 500-1,000+ transaction a day total. I also have some servers with their hosting company. Not many people know about this yet so it could get worse.

I'll probably stop working on new projects in the industry. There is no sense pushing paysites as an affiliate or building new paysites as a sponsor if the #1 processor is now going to cater to the people stealing your content and put them over your legitimate business. Why would someone start a new paysite with CCBill if they are only going to help others to steal your content and hurt your business?

Uploaded.to hasn't been sending business to CCBill for the last decade. Many webmasters and sponsors here have.

Threads like this are fucking ridiculous. Like you're telling anyone anything that we don't already know.

The CCBill page is right there. It's hardly a fucking secret, and you're hardly Jeffrey Wigand. :2 cents:

We're in a business where full blown bottom-feeding bumbling fucking annoying talentless cockroach idiots like that clueless seedy ginger cunt Derek Smout get a pass again and again and again just because they used the company credit card to buy half a dozen $2 beers at a show a few years back.

So whatever you're trying to do here, I promise you that it's not doing to make one single fucking dollar difference on CCBill's balance sheet at the end of the year. If anything, you've brought them more business.

Congrats, I guess. :2 cents:

People that won't do business with CCBill after seeing this thread? Let's have a show of hands...

OK... 1, 2, 3...

Oh no, wait. Let me rephrase that. People who matter that won't do business with CCBill after seeing this thread? Let's have a show of hands...

Well we will just bend over and take it up the ass without lube. Your post is ridiculous, IF enough pressure is put on CCBILL and Visa and Mastercard I am willing to lay money on the outcome.

This "pirates are untouchable" bullshit is getting old, shit these guys shat their pants after kim.com got arrested, look at all the file locker sites shutting down voluntarily. If you are too pussy to fight it does not mean others are the same.

If VISA got 1000 complaints from this board alone it would shut down their CCBILL account in one second....but the problem is the boards are full of lubed asses like yours...

You're missing the point.

Segpay pulled the same thing and enough pressure was put on them that they pulled billing for the site in question.

Threads, complaints, and drama isn't always what it may appear to be. Sometimes you have to shine a public light on the problem to get it resolved. Not that it will resolve this issue, but it just may. You don't know until you try.

Being too pussy to fight something and not giving a fuck are two completely different mentalities.

File lockers and torrents have made me an absolute fortune.

Catch me if you can, and good luck. :1orglaugh

P.S. People in this thread write about file lockers like the business model itself is illegal. Uploaded.to are definitely making a money from hosting a shitload of pirated material (and in turn, so are CCBill). It goes without saying that all the big file lockers are only as popular as they are because of copyrighted shit, but really, some of you jokers need to step the fuck back... without iLife 11 and Goodfellas Blu-Ray rips, there is nothing wrong with the file locker business model itself. It might not be very popular at that point, but there is nothing wrong with it. :2 cents:
