well the other fine print that shouldnt be overlooked is you can always resist a search and theres nothing they can do.

they will have to turn ship around and bring you to dock but you do not have to submit to any cavity search on a cruise ship, nor will americans ever be forced to.

now going along with it, thats your own issue, and not sure what happens legally after that but you can ALWAYS REFUSE a search and there isnt anything they can do to you.

as i said, you can refuse a cavity search. you can be patted down, but no one has right to search your vagina. You can refuse, you can do this at airport and anywhere else.

For that point I was refering to the country she was in rather than the 'jurisdiction' of the ship. Whatever contract you have with the ship you are bound by local laws if you are in their waters, even if those laws are not the same as in the US :).
