President Romney?
Place your bets here .....
:upsidedow |
Pfffffff.
Why? We all know Obama will be reelected. |
Mitt Romney looks like someone who would play the President in a Lifetime made-for-TV movie. Not someone who should actually be the President.

Hmm... Mittens or Barry.
Variety is the spice of life so I choose Mittens. I think 4 years is plenty for one asshole to run this country anyways. |

Obama seemed like a guy who might become president in twenty years, toward the end of his career. Nope, he ran and was elected after serving several WEEKS in the senate. |

Strangely enough I can't believe these are the only fucks the republican party could come up with to run... What a fucking joke.

At least L. Ron Hubbard admitted to a friend at a party he was going to create a religion and get rich.
|
With the economy on the upswing, why would anyone want to shift gears now and put in a guy who will do absolutely nothing but work to make the rich richer?
|
Will be interesting to see who he picks for VP, and if that person even wants to do it.

If you like Obama, why not vote for Obama-lite?
|
I think it's gonna be Obama. But honestly, I'm not paying that much attention.
Here's my logic - Things under eight years of a Republican White House was a disaster, and four years under a Democrat White House things are "better" - if only barely so. Romney isn't the next JFK or the next Regan, things are "better" than they were four years ago, so I don't see this changing. |

Ooops, We actually put Little Bush in Office over a guy who understood global warming. Okay. I have to admit, I probably WOULD have done the same. We are DOOMED!
|
Things are better like all the debt we have right?
That's what pisses me off. It's the peoples money I don't give two fucks who is in office. Tell congress to stop spending all the fucking money plus 40% we don't have. There's an illusion of whether presidents are bad. It's congress that writes the laws and spends all the money. They are the ones FUCKING us. |

I don't like when it's so clear that it's just a stupid game to one or the other guys, and Romney is such a game player he just reeks of it.
|
I won't even be a little shocked if Romney wins. I lost that with Little Bush over Gore. Not that Gore would have done shit. I just would have liked to not be known as the country who slaughters innocent middle easterners.

I think the entire election will come down to how well Obama can activate the far left. Romney will likely have trouble getting the far right to vote for him unless he is able to get a hardcore right winger as a running mate who doesn't come off as batshit crazy. The big problem Obama has is that many on the far left don't think he has been liberal enough and they are not all that enthusiastic. If they stay home and just assume he will win he could actually lose. If Obama can activate the far left like he did in the last election he will likely win pretty easily.
|
Before I said if we vote against Clinton's vice pres, we deserve economic disaster. Now I say Bring it on - FUCK ME WITH YOUR ECONOMIC STRAP ON. I'm bent over and spreading

The only good thing that could possibly come out of him winning, in my book, would be the South Park episode that came right after we elected a Mormon president.

Obama 2nd term..'nuff said..it is already done

I understand Obama believes in this guy called God and when he dies, he's going to be transformed into the clouds where he'll live with all his friends and family (only of course if they believed in him too) forever. Sounds like Obama and Romney believe in some pretty wild stuff. |

In defense of Romney he will believe whatever you tell him to from poll to poll cause he actually doesn't believe in shit I'm probably sure. Thus when that Ivy League Education kicked in which is great for him but not you and me. I have to admit I am least scared of him winning than most Republican Fascist war Mongers, but he still doesn't stand a prayer. Hopefully the Republican party will die off, but not sure what will be next. surely the Dems are in trouble if a legit party is created. |

President Obama: ?I am a Christian By Choice? The Precepts of Jesus Spoke to Me? http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/politics...s-spoke-to-me/ Just two days ago on Easter: "We are here today to celebrate that glorious overcoming, the sacrifice of a risen savior who died so that we might live" http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-...ayer-breakfast Sounds like a Christian to me? |

I do respect Romney for getting elected in Mass as Gov. That was my home state born and raised there and that is no easy task for a republican let alone a Mormon. It's a demorcratic machine next to Chicago, but Romney is so full of shit that it's hard to listen to him talk about anything. |
The fact that Mittens barely emerged atop a field of Republican challengers who look and sound like escapees from The Cuckoo's Nest says it all.
No way this empty suit gets anywhere near the White House. http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Z4JYr6oab9...h-a-sketch.jpg |

Still, with Citizens United in effect, the upcoming Obamacare ruling, and the rabid ignorant hate for Obama from the right wingers, I'm not willing to call the race either way. |

Unless they find Obama with a dead hooker or a live boy its his.
|
I don't even think Obama deserves to be re-elected, but what are the fucking alternatives?!

Let's explain it simply. someone has a credit card that gives him a false sense of wealth, he's able to buy goods for more than his worth, live above his income and have a pretty cushy life. All he has to do is pay the interest, which in terms of countries borrowing or selling bonds is low. Then he loses his job, or he gets a cut in his salary and the interest is crippling him. his Credit Card company stops his credit, then starts to pressure him to repay his debts. And the shit has really hit the fan. Now multiply it by the number of people in the US and the debt the US is in. The US is by no way in the situation of Greece. Still it has borrowed above it's level for a long time. Now the economy isn't able to repay the interest and credit is tough. cutting back the spending and borrowing by the US Government is going to take out $billions from the US economy. That includes police, ambulances, firemen, roads and everything else the money is spent on. military, arms, etc. In one word jobs. People who spend money will no longer have the money to spend. And this thread was devalued to a mans religious beliefs. :upsidedow Still that's a major concern for many Americans. Does Jesus even have a credit rating? :1orglaugh |
