lol, you got me, i can't believe i used 'sheeple' in a post bitching about people repeating fad phrases. :error

the rabbit hole metaphor is out of control, even sports media idiots are using it.

'it is what it is' used to drive me nuts and 'disconnect' used as a noun.

oh, the other big one currently - "blowback". i'm a news and sports junky, it's when these phrases that get popular with broadcast journalists and pundits spread to the sports media it's the end.

That's what makes memes funny, the fact that you've heard it before.

Of course at some point they get used up too, but don't worry there will always be new ones.
