Gee it was me that broke the story that DP had been hacked......and if you dont think I write about things other than manwin you dont read my site much I presume. I recently broke the story that .XXX was sponsoring the XRCO Awards...the result of that XRCO dropped them as a sponsor.

Here are the questions I find myself asking though after reading the Xbiz article...

1. What are the circumstances surrounding JJ leaving Evil Angel? Was that an amicable parting of ways or did JJ take advantage of his position and contacts made there on his way out, in which case Stagliano would probably be saying "karma is a bitch".

2. What is Manwin's side of the story? Seems like they had a production contract with JJ and a distribution deal for Brazzers - just from experience that is like having a contract to excavate un-exploded bombs from WWII where it is just a matter of time before something goes horribly wrong.

is there a possibility that Manwin was unhappy with the results, JJ refused to change, refused to sell and/or end the contract?

OK heres the story as I know it:

Jules orginally worked at Paul Fishbein's video store in Philly, He was a clerk. He wanted to be in porn so Paul hooked him up with IVD/Pleasure. When Jules decided to move to L.A Fish pulled the strings to get Jules in Evil Angel, After winning the copyright case Jules wanted to strike out on his own and again Fish helped him out. As Far-L knows one of the biggest hurdles in distribution is getting the guys like IVD and GVA to pay at all, much less on time, Jules never had thta problem. Thats where Paul helped the most.

So yes insofar as that goes the parting with EA was amicable.

As far as Manwin and Jules distribution staff, that wasn't a hard sell for Manwin, the people I talked to who worked for Jules despised him for many reasons, so Manwin offers them more money and they jump, no surprise there. Thats the real karma.

No Manwin tried to buy JJV (30M Im told) and jules refused so Manwin gutted him at the distribution level because they knew his discontented employees were his weak link.

That's not how he really dresses Paul. That particular show was very affiliate oriented and a lot of affiliates went there and knowing how he is one of the most hated persons on adult today he dressed like a bum to make those present feel comfortable around him, you know like "hey guys, i'm just like you, don't hate".

If he had gone there all dressed up and looking all money, everybody there would have felt intimidated by his presence and hate him even more.

And it worked gloriously because most were sucking his cock from all angles afterwards, if you remember.
