seriously, trials on youtube, the press making up facts to create entertaining stories, divided along racial lines for good guys and bad guys... pls discuss:

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think if the US adopted UK laws on pending criminal trials, there is a shutdown of media speculation once a criminal case is brought against someone.

Anyway that should be the law. No speculation and jury tainting on television once charges are brought.
