Ok, I found a few threads that they do not pay when promoting with NATS

I do not think it could be feasible with CCBill

Like I had heard bad stories about FerroCash back in the day.....people would promote via CCBill.....

Either way, would you want to promote a company that refuses to respond to support tickets, doesn't pay money owed and will no longer recognize referrals? You're going to put money in the pockets of people who are destroying this industry - to me - that's a little off.
