This clearly never happened. The cell phone can easily be transferred to and from. He's acting like there's no way for anyone to interface with a fucking cellphone.. I mean... A tool that's DESIGNED to be interfaced with. It's a computer, idiot.

And if they were packing the other frames with added subliminal metadata, how could they ensure every person was seeing only the frames they wanted them to see? If you have 2 people watching the same video, are their 4 eyes "timecode synched" ? :D It's probably BECAUSE of that, that 120hz+ TV's look better.

I posted the video here in the event that someone here might know more about it.

It would be interesting to know more of the finer details of this story. Maybe then it could be further substantiated, or debunked.

The story, as it is being presented, seems to be missing some of the pertinent details that would allow one to hone in on the truth. That there would be subliminal messaging being used during TV programs is hardly new, it's been around longer than I've been alive. The question is why "KILL" and on WHAT "major news network?

I'm just thinking out load now, but..

When exactly did this screen capture happen? Days ago, weeks ago, months ago? The producer notes "I met Deva a few nights after I posted the preliminary trailer for the movie." The trailer by the looks of it was released on YouTube Mar 27, 2012.

..Could this be in any way connected to the Race War that certain elements of the US government are trying to foment right now in the USA? The "Travon Martin" case got kicked off at roughly the same time, March 20, 2012.

I met Deva a few nights after I posted the preliminary trailer for the movie. She saw it and mentioned her experience to a friend of a friend of mine. I went immediately to see the photo, check out the credibility of the story, and ended up being shocked by the consistencies of the story and ended up filming that night. No videographers on-hand. Just the people I could round up to help last minute. People say that this video is poor quality and seems poorly planned. My only answer to that is just that it was not planned.

Why is it so impossible to believe that any video on a tv couldn't possibly show the words "kill" unless its subliminal advertising? Why assume its real at all unless you desperately need to believe it?

Here's a couple plausible explanations

1) It's fake
2) The word "kill" appeared on a tv screen as part of the program that was playing

To most, they would be obvious and safe assumptions being there is no reason to think otherwise.

You however, took it to the conclusion that it was real and in typical conspiracy lunatic style try to act as if you are "just asking questions" because you are a "thinker" and this always leads to the inevitable conclusion where anyone not blindly accepting your moronic position is.... wait for it.... wait for it.... You are right, it certainly could be have been faked. - Equally so, it could be 100% legit.

I don't recall anyone here saying that this was "proof" of anything.

I never "framed it as real." I posted the TITLE of the video. I POSTED IT AS WAS FOUND, WITHOUT ALTERATION. Can't you read, that is clearly the title of the video.

Hard to believe in this day in age where programmers know that people are constantly recording tv shows, that anyone would risk putting a subliminal message up for even a fraction of a frame.

Well look, if she didn't kill hoax it, then it's interesting.

A 60 inch tv is going to have probably kill 3 ways to hook it to computer, plus a slot for a photo memory kill card. Didn't ask about it even once though.
