Why do i have to click 10 times to see the CCBILL stats?
Erm...topic title says it all. Everytime i want to check my ccbill stats, i have to click more than one time for the statistics to load...Request Sent. Waiting for server response....are you servers powered by hamsters?
|
Not loading for me at all today in chrome. Crap system.
|
On the client side, CCBill seems to work fastest with IE. Second fastest with FF, and unusable with Chrome.
|
I dont have IE and will never use IE (unless i need to test something).
|
FYI I was told not to use chrome from CCBill support since
it locked my IP twice in a month. They also said to use FF and IE only at this time. Haven't logged in to CCbill stats all this month for what I mentioned plus this tread title cause I feel the same. |

Heathkit makes a nice system compatible with the ccbill interface

new interface and wouldn't you know it I was locked out twice last month. I get and feel what allot of people are saying and the pain in the ass in causes. CCBill did reset it while I was chatting with live support but come on. Once they re set it for me I made sure I have it set to receive emails for every sale they need to get with the times. |
anybody else getting problems loading the main homepage, ccbill.com
I keep getting pushed to a redirect http://www.ccbill.com/403.shtml Been like it for 3 days, sales dropped 65% at the same time, i've reported it but they believe it is a local issue to me, so anyone else? |

Because CCBill is an old dinosaur.
|
So CCBILL stats work with IE :( Same page 10 clicks in firefox nothing happens, with IE works every time.
|
Works fine for me with Chrome. Not exactly fine, per se, but 'fine' relative to how it works on other browsers.
|
too busy flying around in jets to fix their systems... its been like this for a fist full of years.

because they have some of the worst stats in the history of the internet
|
... yet they won billing company of the year last year?

I log in, I mouseover "reports", click whatever report I want to view - and there it is. Boom! Magic. Try using less Google products. Maybe Google can't track your CCBill activities through Chrome, so you get shut out. Maybe try a browser that doesn't track everything you do. Just a suggestion... |

Edit: Now it works, very strange... I think they have a real issue with their network or databases. |
Never had any issues using FF. Sometimes slow load times but really no problem.:2 cents:
|
Just tried it on IE and seems to load a lot faster than FF
|
Dont get any problems with CCBill as affiliate.
Usually need to make 3 or 4 requests to get the stats... and I'm using Chrome. |
Because CCbillls stats interface was designed in the 90's

It's some kind of caching system thing, relative to different browsers. It's true it's works best in IE - at least for me.
From what I can tell it's a frameset, and even IE has issues with this kind of construct. Basically, the best thing to do is to flush your cache or at least delete the offline/temporary files and re-click the submit button (in a new instance of whatever browser you're using). :D |
