Tubes that accept promotional clips?
 

I'm looking for tubes that are cool with program and/or affiliate submitted promotional clips of an appropriate length (i.e. two minutes or less).

Any suggestions?

Actually I know of at least one that does, but I don't expect that they'll be all that many. I'd like to know about them though.
