In India it is also illegal to watch porn but togther with turkey they infestate our adult sites. In general more it is illegal, more we see them - Iranian traffic anyone? (with and without proxy).

yes, it seems to be tolerated, there is no obvious censorship on google.com.tr

TR traffic will find a way, and they will bypass filters, they want to watch online porn, maybe not 99% of men population, but big part is online, hunting fresh porn.
