Dear merchant,

You have been a beloved TicketsClub merchant for the
last couple of years and we thank you for that!

However, we want to bring you some news about MasterCard
and VISA and their new registration requirements.

These requirements include:

- We need to register you with the credit card companies.
A total of EUR 500.00 application and registration fee
applies for your registration;

- We board your account under a new service name: Verotel
Basic. This is the new name for TicketsClub from
May 1st onwards;

- You need to sign a new Verotel agreement that outlines
the do's and dont's within the new registration requirements
of both MasterCard and VISA.

We have investigated your account and found out that your
total revenue per week is over than EUR 7000.00.



We can understand that if you can not afford the EUR 500.00
application and registration fee. Therefore we'll to have terminated
your account per today, April 30th 2012.

You may decide to pay the EUR 500.00 application and
registration fee. For your account that means that we
would like to receive this amount up front by wire. Please do
not forget to include your Verotel ID in your wire.

Please refer to the PDF file for the wire details.

If after one year your account is in good standing and
has an average volume of more than EUR 100.00 per week
we will not charge you for the following year.

If you decide to pay the amount of EUR 500.00 application
and registration fee please contact us immediately by
email ([email protected]) and we will re-authorize
your account again. Your payment should be available in
our bank account by May 1st at the latest.

Please note that all moneys owed will be normally paid
according to our terms and conditions.

Please note that the application and registration fee
are VISA and MasterCard fees per merchant; not per website.
So if you have websites elsewhere please consider the
possibility to add these website(s) to your Verotel
Basic portfolio.

I have it. I think I had to add it with BofA. I think it's under transfers. If inside the US, you can give them a few days to do it, which I think is ACH, but if you pick next day its wire and of course if international its wire.

Even if you do it online, the banks wire room isn't going to process it until the next business day.

Hey everyone,

Just letting you know is that today we released new account
types to be fully compliant with the requirements of VISA and MC:

Check Verotel's homepage under Products and Pricing.

Especially MasterCard is very strict and fast-moving about its new
transparency rules - where merchants need to be registered under
their Payment Facilitator framework. Lucky enough we were able
to negotiate relative fair conditions - with as outcome the three
account types as listed on our website: Basic, Premium and Pro.

We are currently making these changes into our back end infrastructure.

In the next couple of weeks/months we will be contacting all our merchants
to make sure we have all the latest documents on file to register
with the CC companies.

Shortly after summer (September 15th) the new registration
requirements will go into effect globally – including with our
US competitors.
