So how does CCBill affiliate actually work?
 

I am signed up with 4 affiliates who use ccbills

I get a sign up from affilaite 1 and affiliate 2.

Does CCbill combine both earnings from those two affiliates and send it to me as one check?

If you merged the accounts it should. If the accounts are merged then you should see them all when you login to the ccbill affiliate admin. If you have to login to each separately then the payments will be sent separately unless you merge them.
