Are .biz domains worth buying?

I found a couple gems in terms of keywords for .biz domains. Are these worth picking up you think or should I stay away from this extension?

I don't own a single one. The least-mainstream extension I've ever bought is .re because it spelled the end of a word

If you plan on building some noob catchers, maybe.

Anything else, not really.

all you have to do is look at the serps

start banging in some popular key phrases and check the results

It depends on how much work you put into them.

Like with all other tlds: If you're hoping for a lot of return visitors, type-ins etc use a .com (or a country specific tld if you are targeting users in that specific country)
Anything else will leak type-ins to the .com, but will still rank without a problem.

If he's still able to pick up gemkeyword.biz, I doubt the niche is very competitive. So it shouldn't be too hard...
