It is an interesting website. So this person "outs" people who fight for copyright compliance, or...?

Kinda fucked up to be posting Mr. Lightspeed's address, imho. I didn't see that page.

If I see that a website is infringing on my copyright, I do threaten to sue if DMCA is not followed.
As far as surfers, I most likely would not go after them individually unless they were just being evil.

What do you all think, is this argument valid as far as the lightspeed going after individual surfers?
