The 2257 documentation is not usable. I've requested a refund or a replacement package and am now being ignored. The content is really good but the seller does not provide CLEAR ID's for the majority of the models. Most of the pictures of the releases are blurry photos of the model holding the ID with either a camera flash glare blocking content or their fingers covering important information.

This is not acceptable. As a content seller, you should know better. Please refund my money.

But, FYI: There is NO way your emails were being ignored. You may not have gotten a reply from Rob within 24 hours...but there is absolutely NO way you were being "ignored". There must be some legit reason he could not get back to you "immediately".
But, I refunded your money within an hour of your request, as it is my account the money was sent to...

I also just looked at EACH of the ID's in the content...and I would agree that they are not all "perfectly scanned"...BUT there were only 2 of the 15 ID's in there that I would concur were not "perfectly legible"...so you saying MOST, is an overstatement.

Just wondering, maybe nobody buys because you drop the prices after a short time? I know this thread is a bit old, but price started at $199 and dropped fast to $129, and then to $99, so why would someone buy it at $199 if they know after a short time they will get a 50% off?
